This bus was originally purchased for use as an airport shuttle service. Providing services to those living in the distance suburbs of Los Angles needing transportation to and from LAX.

In 1983 it was purchased by a craftsmen in the Redding California area for conversion to a motorhome. The interior was completely removed and the entire inside and exterior wheel well area was commercially sprayed with expanding polyurethane for both insulation and sound proofing.The original power plant was removed and a newly rebuilt completely overhauled Detroit Diesel 6V92 was installed along with a fully rebuilt Spicer 7 speed transmission.  It runs great and drives beautifully.
